What payment settlement options are available?
Getting paid is flexible with Teya. Choose from Instant Settlements (funds land in seconds), Everyday Settlements (daily payouts, including weekends), or Business Day Settlements (next working day). All options settle to your registered bank account — though Instant Settlements is exclusively available through the Teya Business Account.
How quickly can I start taking card payments?
Once your card machine is delivered, it takes around five minutes to set up and start taking payments straight away.
What cards and payment methods does Teya support?
Teya card machines accept all major payment methods, so your customers can always pay their way. This includes Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Visa Electron, and V Pay, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay, plus Discover® Network and Diners Club International.
Can I take card payments remotely?
Yes, our card terminals have a Pay-by-link feature to send customers links by email or SMS.
Is the card machine secure?
