Teya is the payments, business accounts, savings, capital and software platform built dedicated for SMBs from day one. Not a consumer fintech retrofitted down, not an enterprise tool trimmed up. The merchant we serve is one person, triple-booked, running everything themselves: the buyer, the bookkeeper, the HR manager, the schedule-writer, the one closing up at 11pm.

We serve them across 9 European markets today. We have ~80,000 merchants. We're building toward one million by 2030, and the marketing organisation behind that ambition is what this page is about.
A growth marketing & pricing function deliberately small in human headcount and deliberately large in output. Each team blends a small in-house core with a dedicated AI agent layer that handles volume, signal, drafts and orchestration. Humans set strategy, judgement and merchant relationships. Agents do the rest.
Owns the Human Truth and the value narrative. Continuous merchant insight, ICP intelligence, sales enablement and the multi-product attach story.
Decides where growth is worth buying. Live LTV and NPV models, pricing strategy across markets, the lifecycle-value depth play.
Runs the paid-performance creative engine plus the owned/organic content moat. The discoverability play across Google, AI assistants and generative search.
Paid, lifecycle, referrals and the accountant channel. Where money turns into merchants. Where the marketing↔sales bridge lives.
Builds and maintains the AI agent network across the other four teams. Owns data, measurement, the three growth surfaces (Comms Hub, Teya App, Teya.com).
Each role reports directly to the VP. Each one inherits a dedicated AI agent stack on day one. Each one is genuinely consequential. These are the people who'll shape how Teya grows over the next five years.
Build the creative engine that turns Teya's multi-product story into work merchants instantly recognise, trust and act on. Lead the paid-performance creative engine, the brand × performance bridge, and the hyperlocal campaigns that scale us city-by-city.
Own the paid media engine (Meta, TikTok, Google and other paid platforms) and the lead-qualification engine that connects marketing to sales. Run the paid media flights inside our hyperlocal engine across 9 European markets.
Own the Human Truth and the value narrative across the multi-product platform. Lead the bundle story that turns terminal-only customers into multi-product customers, equip sales with agent-generated merchant-specific briefings, and partner with the accountant channel build.
Both of my parents are small business owners, so when I joined Teya six months ago, the mission wasn't just a corporate slogan — it was personal. I've spent two decades split evenly between finance (Capital One) and tech (Google), usually geeking out over how to bridge the gap between complex software and real-world impact. I'm a massive tech optimist, and I genuinely believe AI is a superpower that can level the playing field for local merchants.
Now I'm looking to bring together a team of like-minded builders and creators who want to push their potential, deliver work we can all be proud of, and have plenty of fun doing it along the way. Together, we're going to get Teya's incredible products into the hands of independent businesses across Europe and beyond.
