Welche Auszahlungsoptionen sind verfügbar?
Mit Teya bleibst du flexibel. Du kannst wählen zwischen: Sofortauszahlung (Geld in Sekunden auf deinem Konto), täglicher Auszahlung (jeden Tag, auch am Wochenende) oder Auszahlung an Geschäftstagen (Auszahlung am nächsten Geschäftstag). In allen Fällen wird das Geld auf das von dir hinterlegte Bankkonto ausgezahlt. Die Sofortauszahlung ist jedoch ausschließlich mit dem Teya-Geschäftskonto verfügbar.
Wie schnell kann ich Kartenzahlungen annehmen?
Dein Teya-Kartenterminal ist in etwa fünf Minuten nach Zustellung einsatzbereit. Es erfordert keine aufwendige Einrichtung und du brauchst kein technisches Vorwissen – du kannst Zahlungen fast sofort annehmen.
Welche Karten und Zahlungsmethoden unterstützt Teya?
Mit dem Teya-Kartenterminal kannst du deinen Kund*innen alle gängigen Zahlungsmethoden bieten, sodass sie immer so bezahlen, wie es für sie am einfachsten ist. Dazu gehören Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Visa Electron und V Pay sowie digitale Geldbörsen wie Apple Pay, Google Pay und Samsung Pay, außerdem Discover® Network und Diners Club International.
Can I continue using my Amex Processor Agreement?
If you have a direct agreement with Amex we can continue supporting you to process Amex transactions. Please contact Sales via the number below for this setup.
Can I take card payments remotely?
Yes, our card terminals have a Pay-by-link feature to send customers links by email or SMS.
Is the card machine secure?
Teya operates under the highest security standards, working together with leading industry partners and regulators. We encrypt all card and PIN data end-to-end to make sure you and your customers are protected at all times.
Can I view and monitor my transactions?
Yes, you can check daily sales numbers or detailed breakdowns directly on your card machine. And you can track settlements and monitor transactions on your phone or computer using the Teya app.
Does it integrate with existing systems?
